Returns Information
We want you to be entirely happy with your Rico Hazel purchase but If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, and would like to return your product no questions asked please do this within 7 working days starting the day of delivery. Please return the same, unworn product to us and we would kindly ask you to try on any shoes you have received from us indoors so as to prevent any damage to the Products. Please send us back the returned item (including the box) in their original condition which means they should not have been damaged, altered or washed.
We strongly advise that all items be returned via a recorded method of delivery please asks for "proof of posting" certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
Before you return you product we will need you to fill out a short returns form. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know that you are free to send us your items.

In order to track your returned order please visit the RoyalMail 'track and trace' website and enter the long barcode number provided on your receipt from the Post Office.
