  • Payments

    • What payment types do you accept?
      We accept Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal as payment types.
    • How do I place an order?
      Placing an order on the Rico Hazel website is easy. Once you have found the item, choose the correct size and colour from the options available and click 'Add to Bag' - your item will be added to the mini shopping bag (found top right on the page). Once you have everything in your shopping bag, click 'view your Basket' to continue to checkout. 

      Checkout is where you pay for your item(s). You will need to enter your email address before giving any payment details as this takes you to the secure part of our website. If you have placed an order online with Rico Hazel, type in your email address and password to log in. If you are a new customer you will need to take a few moments to create an account.
    • Are my card details stored when making a payment?
      when paying by card, all card information is wiped after the transaction has gone through, we do not store any of your card information on our system. This is the best way of keeping online transactions safe.

    • How do I know my order has been submitted successfully?

      Once an order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email detailing items purchased and total amount spent. If you do not receive an email, check if it has been delivered into your junk folder or check your "spam" filter settings and amend it. If you still cant see the confirmation email please call Customer Services on 0845 5440 412 or email us on

      We hope you will be happy with every product you buy from Rico Hazel but, unfortunately we understand that not every shoe may fit or meet your criteria. So if you want to return it for any reason, we have tried to make it as hassle free as possible.

      You can return any shoes bought from our website provided they are taken care of. This means you can look and try the shoes without removing any labels, protective strips or wear them outside.
